Common Questions
Do I need a 3D file?
No. A photo, sketch, measurements, or the original part is enough. CAD and STL files are welcome.
Can you replace a discontinued part?
Usually, if it isn't load-bearing, high-heat, or safety-critical. See Replacement & Discontinued Parts.
What sizes can you make?
Most parts are made in one piece. Larger items can be made in sections and joined.
What does it cost, and how long does it take?
Every job is quoted individually, with price and timeline, before work begins. Batches and reorders cost less per piece.
