How It Works

You see the price before anything is made.

  1. Send the part or photos

Send photos and measurements through the quote form, with the year, make, and model, and the window or hardware maker if you know it. Or mail the original, even if it's broken. Email us first for the address.

  2. Get a quote

Price, timeline, and material by email.

  3. Approve it

Nothing is made until you approve. For critical fits, we can make a first piece for you to check.

  4. We make, check, and ship

We check the part against the original or your measurements, then ship it or have it ready for pickup in McAllen.

  5. Reorder anytime

We keep your file on hand, so reorders skip the design step.

For Restoration Shops and Parts Sellers

Need the same part again for the next rebuild? Order a batch. Batches and reorders cost less per piece, and your file stays on hand. Cordane Print Co is veteran-owned.

Common Questions

Where can I find parts for a vintage camper or RV that are no longer made?

If it isn't sold anymore, we can often make a replacement from the original part or your measurements.

Can you 3D print a replacement window crank handle?

Yes. Send the old handle or photos and measurements of the crank shaft.

Do you make parts that fit vintage Airstream trailers?

Yes, for example a window crank T-handle for a 1964 Airstream with Hehr windows. Send your part and we'll quote it.

My part is broken. Can you still copy it?

Yes. Send the broken part or photos, and we work from the original or your measurements.

What information do you need for a quote?

Year, make and model, the hardware maker if known, photos with a ruler for scale, and measurements, or the original part.

Will a printed part hold up in a hot camper or RV?

We pick the material for the job, ASA or PETG for sun and heat. We won't make high-heat parts near the furnace, water heater or stove.

What parts won't you make?

Load-bearing and safety-critical parts (propane fittings, hitch, brakes, axle), high-heat parts, and parts with a maker's logo or trademark.

Can you match the original color?

We aim to match the color as close as possible to what the part was when it was originally made. It's a best effort, not a guarantee.

Can I order several of the same part for a restoration shop?

Yes, one piece or a batch, and reorders skip the design step.

Do I have to mail you the original part?

No, photos and measurements often work. If you can, mail it, and email us first for the address.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

Price and timeline come with your quote, and nothing is made until you approve.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. Local pickup in McAllen for Rio Grande Valley customers.
