What We Won't Make (and Why)

Honest scope up front.

Good candidates

  • Knobs, handles, and caps
  • Clips, retainers, and trim
  • Covers, housings, and bezels
  • Light-duty brackets, mounts, and spacers

What we'll turn down

  • Load-bearing parts
  • High-heat parts near heating elements, burners, exhaust, or the engine block
  • Safety-critical parts: fuel, gas, steering, brakes, motor mounts
  • Parts carrying a manufacturer's logo or trademark

Will a 3D Printed Part Hold Up?

For clips, knobs, trim, and covers, yes. We recommend the material for each job: PETG, ASA, Nylon-CF, or TPU. For heavier shelf or drawer loads, we'll tell you if printing isn't suited. We don't make parts meant for food contact. Materials guide →

How It Works for Repair Shops and Restorers

You see the price before anything is made.

  1. Send the part or photos

Send photos and measurements through the quote form, with the make, model, and year. Or mail the original, even if it's broken. Email us first for the address.

  2. Get a quote

Price, timeline, and material by email.

  3. Approve it

Nothing is made until you approve. For critical fits, we can make a first piece for you to check.

  4. We make, check, and ship

We check the part against the original or your measurements, then ship it.

  5. Reorder anytime

We keep your file on hand, so reorders skip the design step.

For Shops: One Piece or a Batch

Restorers and repair shops that need the same part again can order a batch. Reorders and batches cost less per piece, and your file stays on hand.

Common Questions

Can you recreate a discontinued part for my vintage refrigerator or other appliance?

Often, yes. If a part is no longer made or is hard to find, we can recreate it from a sample or from measurements, made to fit your appliance and color matched as close as we can to the original factory color. This works for refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers, mixers, radios, fans, and other appliances, as long as the part isn't load-bearing, high-heat, or safety-critical.

Can a discontinued appliance part be 3D printed?

Often, if it isn't load-bearing, high-heat or safety-critical.

My handle or knob is broken. Can you still copy it?

Yes. Send the broken part or clear photos with measurements.

Will a 3D printed appliance part be strong enough?

Light-duty clips and supports, yes, in the right material. For heavy loads, we'll tell you if printing isn't suited.

Are your parts food safe?

We don't make parts meant for food contact. We make handles, knobs, trim, clips and covers.

Can you make stove or oven knobs?

Control knobs, yes, like our D-shaft knob example. We don't make anything that sits near burners or heating elements.

What information do you need for a quote?

The make, model and year, photos, and measurements, or the original part.

Do I have to mail you the original part?

No. Photos and measurements often work. Mail it if you can, and email us first for the address.

Can you match the original color?

We aim to match the color as close as possible to what the part was when it was originally made. It's a best effort, not a guarantee, and we'll tell you if we can't get close.

Can you add the original brand logo?

No. We don't reproduce manufacturer logos or trademarks.

How much does a replacement part cost and how long does it take?

Price and timeline come with the quote, and nothing is made until you approve.
